Hazlieburn Two-Bedroom Holiday Rental

 

1. Booking and Payment:

* Bookings are made through at https://www.hazlieburn.co.uk/booking/.
* A deposit of 100% of the total rental cost is required to secure the booking.
* Payment can be made via PayPal.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

2a. Cancellations by Guest:

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival for a full refund. Please contact us for cancellations closer to your arrival date.

2b. Cancellations by Hazlieburn Holiday Rental:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., damage to the property rendering it uninhabitable, an emergency situation), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

2c. Changes to Booking:

Requests to change the booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a 10 to 25% change fee. Please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

* We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

 

3. Arrival and Departure:

* Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-out may be possible subject to availability and possibly an additional fee.
* Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is left clean and tidy upon departure. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge.

 

4. House Rules:

* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* Pets are allowed.
* The number of guests must not exceed 4.
* Parties are not allowed.
* Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8 AM.

 

5. Damage to Property:

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused to the property during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

 

6. Liability:

* We are not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
* We are not responsible for any interruptions to services such as electricity, water, or internet.

 

7. Governing Law:

* These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Scottish Government.
